"In early 2009, I received a distress call from Cross Timbers Health Clinic (CTHC). They were in dire financial straits and I became their CEO to help salvage their organization. It was the most difficult assignment of my career as a medical administrator, but we not only salvaged the organization but also expanded it over the next two years. Talia Peterson was a huge factor in that success. Talia worked tirelessly. She dug through mounds of financial information, picked through the maze of erroneous general ledger entries, and rebuilt the accounting structure of the organization.
